Shipping Policy

We ship original glass works within Australia and internationally. Because the pieces are fragile and often large, we pack and send them with particular care.

Processing time

Most in-stock works are packed and dispatched within [3 to 5 business days]. Larger pieces and commissions take longer, and we will let you know the expected timing.

Packaging

Every work is packed to a professional standard for fragile glass. Large or especially delicate pieces may be sent by a specialist art-freight carrier.

Australian delivery

Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Valuable works may require a signature on delivery.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Cost is calculated at checkout, or quoted separately for oversized works. Delivery times vary by destination and by customs clearance.

Import duties and taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Freight-quoted works

Very large or fragile pieces are listed as "freight quote on request". For these, we arrange a carrier quote and email you a link to complete payment for shipping before the work is sent.

Insurance and risk

Shipments are insured in transit. Risk passes to you on delivery, so please inspect your work as soon as it arrives.

Damage or loss in transit

If a work arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us at hello@rugsley.studio within [48 hours] with photos. We will make it right, consistent with your consumer guarantees.

Tracking and pickup

We email tracking details once your order ships. Local pickup in Melbourne may be available by arrangement. Contact us before ordering.
