These terms apply when you use this website or buy an artwork from Rugsley. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL); where there is any conflict, the ACL prevails.
Rugsley is a Melbourne glass-art studio. You can reach us at hello@rugsley.studio.
Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind, handmade original. Photographs are representative, and small variations in colour, finish and dimensions are a natural part of handmade glass.
Because artworks are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell or be reserved while you browse. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Rugsley is not currently registered for GST, so prices do not include GST.
We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already accepted.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A sale is formed when we accept your order and your payment is confirmed.
We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is no longer available or we suspect fraud); if we do, we refund any payment in full.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (see our Payment Policy). Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, transit damage and warranty by our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they match their description and are of acceptable quality.
For a major failure you may choose a refund or a replacement; for a minor failure we will repair or replace the item. Where a guarantee is not met, we cover the reasonable cost of returning the work.
Change of mind: original artworks are generally not returnable for change of mind. If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return, it must be unused and undamaged, requested within 14 days of delivery, and the return postage is at your cost.
The artist retains copyright in the artworks and in all images and text on this site.
Buying a physical artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, make prints of, or commercially exploit the imagery without our written permission.
The design, code and build of this website are © 2026 Enki Digital and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.
Please use the site lawfully. Do not scrape it for resale, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
We do not exclude any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other claim connected with the site or an artwork is limited to the price you paid for that artwork.
This website is built and operated for us by Enki Digital as our service provider. Enki Digital is not the seller of any artwork and is not a party to your purchase; your contract for every sale is with Rugsley, and any question or claim about an artwork or order should come to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order governs that order.
